He has spent his career working closely with leadership teams on the practical challenges of growth, from building sales and partnership channels to strengthening financial visibility and day-to-day decision-making. Most recently, Nate worked at Ramp, where he helped develop and manage strategic partnerships with accounting firms and business advisors, supporting the rollout of Ramp across hundreds of operating companies. In that role, he was known for his direct, relationship-driven approach and for consistently delivering results.
Earlier in his career, Nate worked with operating and investment teams at Landmark Dividend, where he contributed business planning, financial analysis, and reporting across a portfolio of infrastructure-backed operating companies. In this position, he was responsible for budgeting and forecasting, analyzing and assessing cash flow, debt compliance, and selective shareholder communication.
At Edge Four, Nate focuses on evaluating acquisition opportunities and working closely with management teams before and after a transaction. Nate holds a degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
